International Women’s Day 2020 at CTC

Following the success of our International Women’s Day event last year, we are doing it all again for 2020 with a free Ladies Nigh on Monday 9th March from 7pm at CTC – Tennis Wales Club of the Year 2018 and 2019!

The evening is open to all players; current Adult players from coaching groups and social nights, those who haven’t played tennis in a while (whether that’s months or years) but want to get back in the swing of things, or those completely new to the game and are looking for a new hobby that is proven to be great for your fitness and general wellbeing. This free event will include:

  • A chance to meet our award winning Head Coach Jonathan Morgan, connect with other players plus have a look around our incredible facilities both on and off court!
  • Get personalised coaching tips from Head Coach Jon during some drills so you can improve your game, no matter your ability/experience.
  • Then put those skills into action in our Girl Set Match Team Challenge as we name our Queens of the Court! This will include social doubles play and fun team games.
  • After all the action on-court, enjoy refreshments and social time inside the clubhouse as well as find out how you can play more tennis at CTC in 2020!

We will provide all equipment (rackets, balls and coaching aids) so you jut need to wear comfy clothes and trainers. It’s also a good idea to bring a drink. And why not invite a family member, friend or colleague to join you for what will be a fun evening on-court?

If you’d like to attend, please contact Head Coach Jon on 07891 640642 or jonathanmorgan@caerphillytennis.co.uk before 1pm on Sunday 8th March, just so  he can manage numbers and plan appropriately. Alternatively, get in touch with us via the CTC social media channels.
