CTC25 Tennis-thon

Over the weekend of 21st and 22nd March 2015, our coach Jon will attempt to play tennis for 25 continuous hours! He will need the help of all players at the Club, as well as the coaching team and some special guests. This is to to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre, as well as bring a close to our 25th anniversary season celebrations.

Velindre Cancer Centre provide some of the best care and support to patients and their families in the toughest of times, which several members of the Club have experienced first hand in recent years.

To donate: visit www.justgiving.com/ctc25tennisthon, text ‘XCTC89’ followed by donation amount £1/2/3/4/5/10 to 70070, or visit us at the Club during the event.
We are encouraging Junior players to help the fundraising effort by not only joining in during their allocated session but by gaining sponsorships from family and friends. The player who raises the most money will win a Club hoodie as well as a prize pack from event partners! Forms will be available at the clubhouse and are also online here.

We kindly ask that you all spread the word to family, friends, colleagues, neighbours etc to help us raise as much money as possible for Velindre. And use ‘#CTC25tennisthon’ on social media while liking, commenting, retweeting and sharing our updates.

Thank you.

More information on the event, including session times for players and special guests, will be posted soon. In the mean time, stay up to date via our Twitter and join the conversation on Facebook.
