25th Anniversary Questionniare

The committee have some big events planned to commemorate our 25th season, but we would like to hear your ideas too! This is why we have created a small questionnaire for you to complete and let us know what you would like to see happen at the Club to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
The survey can be completed online here, or on hard copies available from the clubhouse.

Please complete the questionnaire in your desired format by 17th March 2014.

    This has now been extended to be completed up until 6pm on Wednesday 26th March.
